We don't have employees or managers at Storia! We only hire Team Members and Team Leaders...there is a HUGE difference! Culture is everything to us! Employees come in to see what they can get from their employer...it's a paycheck. Team members come in to work as a team...we laugh, work hard, and take care of each other....we are a family! Managers walk around with a clip board and point to the title on their name tag to tell you to do what they say. Team Leaders are more like coaches, that care more about your development and helping you grow.
